If you registered for Microsoft MFA, you can reset your password by going to

Self-Service Password Reset

or clicking on the link for Can't access your account? on the Phillips Exeter login page.

Password Criteria:

1. Must be at least 8 characters (minimum of 15 is recommended)
2. Must contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, a number or symbol
3. Cannot be any part of your name
4. Cannot be any of your last 24 passwords

Passwords expire every 120 days.
