How to Apply

Important Update: Exeter will be test optional for students applying for admission for the 2021-2022 academic year. We recognize that some applicants live in areas where required testing is not available or students may be uncomfortable taking a test at a local testing site due to health concerns related to COVID-19. We also recognize that some applicants may not be able to take an online standardized test due to a lack of home internet access. For these reasons, all applicants will have the choice of whether or not to submit standardized test results. As always, admissions decisions are based on a variety of factors and students will not be penalized or advantaged by the absence or presence of standardized tests. The Admissions Office will continue to apply a holistic review of all admission applications.
